What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn messaging and other channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to product demonstrations to closing deals—ensuring each step is aligned and executed efficiently.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of our Ai Automation Solutions, articulate its value, handle objections and secure commitments.
  • After deal-close, coordinate and lead client onboarding: collect required business information, schedule setup, perform initial onboarding and hand off to fulfillment/automation teams, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Maintain CRM records, track lead and client pipeline status, and provide weekly updates on outreach, demos, and conversion metrics.
  • Assist with outreach and lead generation activities (email sequences, campaign tracking, LinkedIn engagement) until dedicated marketing resources are in place.
  • Collaborate with operations and automation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to live client and help identify potential upsell or expansion opportunities.

Who You Are

  • You are a hunter: you’re not waiting for leads — you’re creating them. You take ownership of your pipeline, proactively reach out, and drive results.
  • You have 3 or more years of experience in tech/SaaS sales, and you’re comfortable selling intelligent solutions rather than just products. Sales of automation, SaaS workflows, or Ai-enabled tools is a strong plus.
  • You are comfortable with technology and fast to learn – you use and understand sales tools, CRM systems, email/LinkedIn outreach platforms, and you’re curious about—and quick with—Ai tools and automation-enhanced workflows.
  • You are solution-oriented: you ask the right questions, discover the client’s core challenges, and position our AI automation as the strategic solution — not just a software sale.
  • You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks without losing focus, and keep a high standard of organization and follow-through.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track-record in outbound sales or business development: identifying prospects, making outreach, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills—able to clearly articulate value and lead product demos.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, keeping accurate pipeline records and managing follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated “hunter” mindset: proactive, driven to generate own leads and follow through to close.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: able to handle multiple prospects and onboarding clients concurrently without losing momentum.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS or automation products, experience with email outreach or campaign tools, or previous onboarding/support coordination.

Incentive Plan (brief)

In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a variable incentive tied to new client onboarding and active client retention. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
