Own the end-to-end client experience at Intellivizz. Serve as the primary point of contact for our portfolio of enterprise and PE-backed clients, ensuring successful AI implementation outcomes, driving retention and expansion, and building lasting partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles within a B2B technology or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and operational leaders
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and client success tools
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology Management, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise and PE-backed clients throughout their engagement lifecycle
  • Onboard new clients by coordinating kickoff meetings, establishing success metrics, and aligning expectations across teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with clients to track progress against goals and surface new opportunities
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, solutions architects, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling additional services, and deepening strategic partnerships
  • Monitor client health metrics, proactively address risks, and develop action plans to resolve issues before they escalate
  • Create and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and executive summaries that communicate value and ROI
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product development, service improvements, and go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, deliverables, and pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Represent Intellivizz at client sites, industry events, and networking functions as needed
