About this assessment
What it does with your answers, and what the numbers mean.
From your answers and nothing else. You tell us roughly how much of each kind of work your team handles, how much of it is done by hand, and what an hour of that person’s time costs. We multiply those together to estimate what the work costs you today, then apply a range for how much of it an agent could take off. Every one of those assumptions is listed on the results page and every one is editable — change any of them and the figures update in front of you.
No. It is an estimate built from your own inputs, shown as a range, and it is not a quote, a guarantee, or a result measured at another company. A real price depends on which systems you run and what the agent has to touch, which is what a working session is for.
Because nobody knows their exact order count off the top of their head, and an estimate built on a false precision is worse than one built on an honest band. Every question can be answered from memory. If a band is wrong, pick the next one and watch what it does to the result.
We send you your results and a PDF copy, and one person follows up once. No newsletter unless you tick the box, and you can tell us to stop at any point.
No. Email is the only required field. Name, company and phone are optional, and skipping them changes nothing about your results.
No. Our sister site runs a different assessment, for local businesses working out what to do about their front desk and their phones. This one is for operations businesses and asks about orders, quotes, invoices, suppliers and catalogs. The two are separate and share nothing — not the questions, not the scoring and not the results.
