Intellivizz, a leading technology consulting firm specializing in automation, chatbots, digital marketing, IT staffing, and managed IT services, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams, including technology, marketing, and operations.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure the delivery of services aligns with client expectations and project timelines.
- Understand and communicate client needs to internal teams, facilitating effective solutions development.
- Monitor project progress, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address client concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Intellivizz’s offerings to identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a technology consulting or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.
- A proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving and client management.
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends and the IT services landscape.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
