- Manage a team of content writers to produce high-quality, engaging content that meets client requirements and company standards.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
- Develop and maintain content guidelines to ensure consistency across all content produced.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets best practices for SEO.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop content strategies that align with client goals.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in content creation and optimization.
- Provide regular feedback to writers on their work and help them improve their writing skills.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a content editor or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with AI content writing tools.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of content writers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools is a plus.
