We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing campaigns and strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and techniques, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including email, social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and create performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the content team to develop content marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, and make recommendations for improvements to our digital marketing strategies.
- Manage website analytics, tracking and reporting tools, and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and analyze target audience, and develop buyer personas.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and ensure lead quality.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure digital marketing efforts align with product launches and company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign management.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Reporting: The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the content team, sales team, and product team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing regular performance reports and metrics to the Head of Marketing and senior leadership team.
